Ms. Takahashi primarily handles general corporate legal matters, drafting and reviewing contracts, advising on various transactions, handling a wide range of matters including labor, intellectual property, and M&A, as well as dispute resolution and litigation, and general civil cases. She strives to carefully understand the clients’ situation and present solutions that go beyond legal perspectives and take into account the impact on practical operations and business activities.<\/p>\n

In an increasingly complex and diverse society, Ms. Takahashi focuses on identifying risks and taking preventative legal measures so that clients can conduct their business with peace of mind. When problems arise, she aims to protect client interests through swift and practical responses.<\/p>\n
